Except the normal types of diamond wire saw, we also do OEM/ODM products and service for our customers. We have the ability to develop different kinds of diamond wire saw rope for special mining, stone cutting etc. which can offer better solution and lower cost for our partners.
Warranty
Warranty Period: One year after customer received the goods. We suggest our client use the product within 6 month. Please keep the stock in dry, shady and cool warehouse.
After Sales Service
For any problem happens during using our products, we will step in when the client contact us. Our engineer team will offer technical support and suggestion. If it was the product quality issue itself, we will take fully responsibility, and find fastest suitable solution.
